Order Processing

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • During busy periods, order processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Pakistan: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on the destination and customs clearance)

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the selected shipping method. Promotional offers such as Free Shipping will be clearly displayed when applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs inspections, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Brandlift is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, Brandlift is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.
